For UK and EU agencies + brands
Producing in the Gulf?
Build it here, not in a freight container.
UK and European agencies and brands producing at Expo City, GITEX, Art Dubai, ADNEC, F1 or LEAP don't need to fabricate at home and ship it out. We're your local build partner in Dubai. You brief and sign off remotely, we fabricate in our Jebel Ali workshop and install on-site. No freight, no carnet, no customs risk against a fixed show date.

UK and EU agency questions
Producing in the GCC: what agencies ask.
- We're a UK or EU agency producing an event in the GCC, can you build locally instead of shipping it over?
- Yes, that's our core work with European agencies. You brief and sign off remotely, we fabricate in our Jebel Ali workshop and install on-site. No freight, no ATA carnet, no customs risk on the build itself. You land for the event, not for a week of logistics.
- How does a local Dubai build compare on cost to building at home and freighting it out?
- For most stands and activations, building locally beats a home build plus freight once you factor in international shipping, carnet, insurance, and on-site rework. You also dodge the customs delay risk against a fixed show date. Send the spec and we'll quote the local build so you can compare like for like.
- Do you handle customs, venue compliance and on-site install in the region?
- Yes. We build to the venue's regs, whether that's DWTC, Expo City, GITEX or ADNEC, handle technical submissions and delivery slots, and run load-in, build and de-rig with our own crew. Because the build is fabricated in-region, there's no inbound customs on it to manage.
- Who's our point of contact, and how do we manage the project remotely across the time-zone gap?
- One project lead, start to finish. Europe to the UAE is a one to four hour gap depending on the country, so there's a working overlap every day. You get progress photos and video at each stage, and we schedule sign-off calls in your morning, our afternoon.
- Can we sign off the build remotely before it goes on site?
- Yes. We send staged photos and video walkarounds of the build before it leaves the workshop, so you approve the finished piece without flying out. For larger builds we run a live video walkthrough on the floor before load-in.
- Do you make everything in-house, or subcontract?
- In-house. CO2 and fiber laser, UV flatbed and large-format print, DTF, 3D printing, CAD/CAM, paint and assembly all run under one roof in Jebel Ali. One team owns the build, so timeline and quality don't get lost across a chain of subcontractors.
- Can you store and reuse our build for the next show in the region?
- Yes. We can store stand components and props in-region between shows and adapt them for the next Expo, GITEX or LEAP cycle, so you're not re-fabricating or re-shipping each time. Reuse economics work in your favour when the build stays here.
