- You're Cape Town-based, can you service my activation or launch in Johannesburg?
- Yes. We run Gauteng activations and launches from the Cape Town studio regularly. Most SA brand and agency budget sits in Joburg, and we plan for it. We send a build-and-install crew to site, or fabricate in Cape Town and install on the ground in Johannesburg.
- Do you deliver and install nationwide, across all provinces?
- Yes. We deliver and install across South Africa: Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria, Gqeberha and the rest. Activations, stands, signage and custom builds go in with our own crew or a vetted local install team, scaled to the job and the province.
- How does load-shedding affect your production and lead times?
- Critical equipment runs on battery backup, so jobs already on the machines aren't ruined mid-cut and design work continues through a bout. For tight deadlines we can also shift production to our Dubai workshop. We build lead times with load-shedding factored in, not as a surprise.
- Is pricing in ZAR, and how do imported-material and forex moves affect my quote?
- Yes, we quote in rand. Some substrates, certain acrylics, films and specialty stock, are imported and priced against forex, so quotes carry a validity window. Lock in early and the price holds. We'll flag any material where the rand exposure matters before you commit.
- What's your B-BBEE status?
- NSQD's South African entity is B-BBEE Level 1, the top tier, which carries 135% procurement recognition. For corporate, FMCG, retail and government work, a Level 1 supplier feeds maximum points into your own scorecard and preferential-procurement targets. Certificate on request.
- Can I get just parts fabricated, or only turnkey?
- Both. Send a parts list and files and we'll cut, print, or 3D-print to spec: laser, UV, DTF, CNC, resin. Or brief us and we go end-to-end: design, build, finish, install. Designers and agencies use us both ways, on the same floor.
- What's your design-and-quote turnaround and production lead time?
- Quotes typically come back inside a few working days, faster for straightforward jobs. Production depends on scope: signage and small runs in days, full activations in two to six weeks. Tell us your event or launch date and we build backward from it.
